Effective May 19, 2008, two-way traffic will be switched from the E. 9th Street existing pavement on the NW Quadrant to the new NE Quadrant pavement. All
other traffic patterns will remain unchanged and two-way traffic will be maintained.

Please be advised that utility work will be conducted in the West 2nd Street, Frankfort and St. Clair Avenue areas beginning April 21, 2008. Work is
expected to be completed within 2 weeks. Construction includes excavation, installation of duct bank, manhole & fiber system work. Traffic will be
maintained, however brief and limited closures may occur. Construction team will work with business owners impacted by closures to coordinate deliveries
and drop-offs in this area.

Weather permitting, contractors will reopen the intersection of East 13th Street to all traffic on April 2, 2008 (revised from March 31 due to inclement
weather). A full closure will be in effect at the East 12th Street intersection north, to facilitate the removal and replacement of pavement &
utilities. Traffic patterns will be altered to accommodate the construction work zone. Watch for all posted traffic and pedestrian crosswalk signs in
this area.

Weather dependent, beginning February 25, traffic currently maintained at the Euclid/E. 9th Street north intersection 'weave' will be shifted to the
south intersection of the new pavement. Pavement shifts will be on Euclid Avenue only. No changes will occur to the East 9th Street traffic pattern at
this time.

Please be advised that on Thursday, January 31, 2008 traffic patterns will be altered at E. 6th/Euclid Avenue. E. 6th Street will be completely closed to
through traffic on Euclid Avenue. Closure will be only during the daytime working hours. Normal two lane traffic will be restored in the evenings and
weekends. When half intersection closure is necessary for pavement installation, traffic will be restored to one lane Northbound only.

Patterns Altered by January 18
East 9th Street - SE Quadrant: Weather permitting, traffic patterns on Euclid Avenue will be altered due to the reconstruction of the East 9th Street SE
Quadrant. Two-way North and South traffic will be maintained on the west half of the 9th Street intersection. Additional traffic weave will be necessary
on Euclid Avenue as construction begins on the SE intersection. Watch for all posted traffic signs.
Lower Euclid - East 14th Street: Euclid Avenue traffic will be limited to one lane, one-way, Eastbound from Public Square to East 6th Street. All
Eastbound traffic will be moved to the south side of the road on the new pavement from Public Square to East 9th Street as construction progresses to the
North side of Euclid.
One lane, one-way traffic will continue to be maintained on the south half of Euclid Avenue from East 9th to East 14th
Street.

Please be advised of the following construction alert regarding Euclid/East 9-14th Street beginning Monday, October 22, 2007:
Weather permitting, construction will begin in the SE Quadrant of East 9th Street. Two way traffic will be diverted into the West half of the 9th Street
intersection.
East 13th Street will be impacted with a full closure which is necessary for pavement removal and replacement.
Traffic on Euclid will be restricted to one lane, one-way, eastbound only from East 9th to East 14th Street.

Beginning September 6, traffic patterns will alter between East 14th and the Innerbelt Bridge.
Eastbound traffic will be shifted south along the curb lanes from the east half of East 14th Street to the Innerbelt Bridge; Westbound traffic will be
maintained on the north side curb lanes as construction work continues in the median to complete station foundations/installations.

Please be advised beginning Friday, July 27 and up to two weeks, the traffic intersection of Frankfort and West 2nd of Public Square will be flipped
to the South side half as construction progresses through this intersection. During this phase there will be no exit at West 2nd Street. Eastbound
traffic on Frankfort will be able to make right hand turns and travel southbound on West Roadway to Superior Avenue.

Effective Thursday, July 19, weather permitting, two-way traffic on Superior Avenue will be flipped from the South side of the planter on Superior to

Please be advised that it is the intent of the Perk Construction Co. to alter traffic patterns at the East 14th Street intersection to facilitate
utility installations beginning June 27. Traffic will be maintained to the west half first while the east half work is completed; traffic will
flip from east to west once the first half is completed.

Please be advised that the scheduled work for East 22nd Street has been postponed until Tuesday, May 29. Traffic will be flipped to the new pavement on

Please be advised that on May 21, traffic will be flipped at the intersection of East 22nd Street to the new East half pavement; construction will begin
on the West half.
On June 4 a full closure of the East 21st Street intersection will be implemented pending the completion and opening of East 18th and East 22nd Street.

Please be advised that the southbound traffic on Ontario will be flipped from the existing pavement on the West side to the new pavement on the
East side by Wednesday, May 16. Pavement markings will be installed as early as today. A chain link fence will be maintained on the west side for
pedestrian safety until the remaining walks and ramps on the east side are placed. Please watch for all posted pedestrian and traffic signs.

Please be advised that the NW Quadrant closure will begin Wednesday, May 2, 2007. Some traffic patterns and detours
will occur.
Frankfurt Avenue from West 3rd to West 2nd Street will now be eastbound traffic only during construction. One-way,
two lane southbound traffic will continue to be maintained on Ontario until the east half is completed.
Please watch for all posted traffic signs. NW Quadrant work is estimated for approximately 13 weeks.

Please be advised of the following traffic pattern changes and intersection work along the corridor. Weather permitting,
pavement removal will begin on March 27 for the following intersections:
- East 14th Street - Pavement removal on the east half; traffic maintained to the west half during construction;
- Huron Avenue - Pavement removal on the east half; traffic maintained to the west half during construction;
- East 9th Street - Pavement removal at the Southeast Quadrant; traffic maintained around construction.

- (Posted 3.08.07) Euclid Corridor Update - Lower Euclid - East 14th Street; NE Quadrant
Please be advised that it is the intent of RTA's contractors to set up the maintenance of traffic and construction work zones in the
NE Quadrant and Phase III Euclid Avenue from Public Square to East 14th Street on March 9, 2007. These construction
zones have been delayed due to weather. Zones will be set up throughout the day and as early as 7:30 AM.
A construction work zone will be set up on the south side of Euclid Avenue with one lane traffic in each direction to the North.
Watch for all posted traffic and pedestrian crosswalks signs.

Please be advised that the previous release stating that the half intersection closure at E. 21st street to begin on March 12 has been

Euclid Corridor Construction Update
A full construction zone for the Public Square NE Quadrant and lower Euclid to East 14th Street will be installed once there is dry and
clear weather for roadway markings. It is anticipated to be installed by the end of the week.
Northeast Quadrant - Public Square
Advance utility work is on-going with single lane closures varying where work is being conducted in the NE quadrant. Maintenance of
traffic, detours and roadway construction will be implemented upon the completion of utility work. Construction of this quadrant is
expected to be completed by May 15, 2007.
Lower Euclid to East 14th Street
The south side roadway will become a permanent construction zone from Public Square to East 14th Street once pre-phase drainage tie-ins
are completed by utility companies. One lane traffic in each direction will be maintained on the North side of the road at all times.
Construction is expected to be completed by July 30, 2007 (South side).
Euclid Avenue Intersection Closures
Several intersection closures are expected, weather permitting:
East 18th Street intersection will be closed March 2;
East 3rd Street intersection will be closed March 22 for up to 7 days;
East 4th Street will be closed beginning April 5 for up to 14 days;
Pavement Removal
Pavement removal will be conducted at the intersection of East 21st Street beginning March 12. Traffic operations
will be maintained to the west while the east side is under construction.

Euclid Corridor Construction Update
Please be advised that the installation of the construction zone from Public Square to E. 14th Street will be delayed due to
the weather. Contractors anticipate a full closure of the South side of Euclid in this area next week. The
current construction in lower Euclid is part of Dominion East Ohio Gas pre-phase work. Please contact Mike

reconstruction of the Northeast Quadrant of Public Square has been delayed. Because notification and preparation has already begun
for rerouting of buses around the Square, most reroutes will still go into effect on Thursday, February 15, 2007.
There have, however, been some changes to the planned reroutes. What follows below is the latest available information.
Please note, even though the map routes shown may not reflect the most recent routing updates, any stops indicated on these maps
will be active as of February 15.
In addition to the reroutes listed below, most routes passing through Public Square will have some stops temporarily relocated.

Please be advised that beginning January 29, 2007, contractors will be working on East 18th Street, southbound

Beginning February 15, 2007, Public Square NE Quadrant and lower Euclid to East 14th Street will be under
construction.
Northeast Quadrant - Public Square
Currently, advance utility relocation is on-going with single lane closures varying where work is being conducted in the quadrant.
Maintenance of traffic and detours will be implemented upon the completion of utility work. Construction of this quadrant is expected

Beginning Monday, October 9, 2006 there will be a total road closure at the E. 18th Street intersection, North. No entry or exit will

(This is the second revised date due to weather): Public Square road reconstruction will occur in four phases from 2006 - 2007 with
the first to begin the week of July 3, (weather permitting) in the SE Quadrant of Public Square bounded by Euclid,
East Roadway, Superior and Ontario until August 30, 2006. Please note the following road closings and business access information:
Traffic will be limited to two lanes (one northbound, one southbound) between Euclid and Superior. No left hand turns (except for
buses) will be allowed to westbound Superior. Alternate routes are suggested;
Euclid Avenue: Euclid will be closed to through traffic at East Roadway including no through traffic from E. 1st to E. 6th Street.
Travelers should use E. 9th street for alternate North/South travel; Euclid business access is open on E. 4th Street from Prospect
and E. 6th from Superior Avenue;
East Roadway: No through traffic from Euclid to Superior;
Ontario: South corner of Ontario/Euclid (curb) closed; half Street closing on Ontario;
Superior: Half street closing between Ontario and E. Roadway;
Euclid Avenue - E. 14th to Innerbelt: Euclid Avenue construction continues on the North side from E. 14th Street to the Innerbelt.
Please be mindful of pedestrians crossing intersections and all posted speed limit and safety signs.

The roadway reconstruction in the SE Quadrant of Public Square has been moved to June 29. Maintenance of traffic will be set up
where Ontario, Superior, East Roadway and Euclid Avenue meets. No through traffic on East Roadway between Superior and Euclid; and
E. 1st to E. 6th on Euclid. Half street closings will appear on Ontario and Superior Avenues. Please expect traffic delays and bus
reroutes from June 29 - August 30th during this construction segment. Traffic will be limited to two lanes (one northbound, one
southbound) between Euclid and Superior. No left hand turns (except for buses) will be allowed to westbound Superior. Alternate

- (Posted 5.22.06) E. 17th Extension to Prospect
Work will begin on Euclid Avenue for the E. 17th Street extension to Prospect on May 23rd. This construction phase will include
drainage connection and installation on Euclid Avenue and will be performed under a temporary construction work zone. A lane
closure will occur at Euclid/E. 17th Street south side. Upon completion of the drainage work, the Euclid/E. 17th south lane will
reopen for traffic.
Playhouse Square/E. 14th Street
Phase one Maintenance of Traffic and north side lane closures are anticipated for Tuesday May 30th on E. 14th/Euclid Avenue for
the preparation of the construction work at Playhouse Square. Construction will begin June 1 to September 4 from E. 14th to E.
17th (North side).
- (Posted 5.18.06) Construction will begin on the North side of Euclid/E. 14th to the Innerbelt by May 30th until September 2006. The South side of
Euclid/E. 14th to the Innerbelt will begin September 2006 through December 2006.
